TERMS & CONDITIONS – Veerwear
1. Introduction
Welcome to Veerwear. By accessing our website, submitting a video, or applying to purchase our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Our products are exclusive. Only individuals who meet the physical and financial challenge criteria are eligible to purchase. Submission of a video is mandatory before any payment request is made.
3. Submission & Review
All video submissions must:
- Be authentic, unedited, and clearly show the individual
- Include proper form as per Veerwear challenge criteria
Submissions are reviewed manually. Veerwear reserves the right to accept or reject any entry without explanation.
4. Payment Process
Payment links are sent only after acceptance. If you do not receive a payment link within 48 hours, your submission is considered not approved. Veerwear does not accept payment before challenge clearance.
5. Product Delivery
Once payment is completed, your Veerwear product will be dispatched within 3–10 business days. Tracking will be provided via email, phone, WhsatsApp or Instagram DM.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive and customized nature of the challenge-based system, no refunds or returns are accepted once payment is completed, unless there is a verified defect in the product delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, phrases (“NAH”, “Earn It”, etc.), and content belong to Veerwear. Unauthorized use or reproduction will be legally pursued.
8. Community Conduct
By participating in the Veerwear ecosystem, you agree to represent the brand’s core values: strength, discipline, self-respect, and brotherhood. Any form of online misconduct under the Veerwear name will result in blacklisting.
9. Changes to Terms
Veerwear reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site and participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
